"Returning them was way more trouble than it shouldve been"
I really wasnt happy with how the return went. I ordered a pair of glasses and just needed to exchange them, but getting a straight answer took way too long. The emails were slow, the instructions werent very clear, and I kept feeling like I was going in circles. By the end I was just over it. Maybe other people have had an easier time, but for me it was a frustrating experience.

I wasn’t really planning to buy much, just kind of checking things out for a bit, but I noticed a few prices were better than I expected. After comparing a couple of options and going back and forth, I ended up grabbing what I needed and saved some cash in the process.

The glasses themselves were fine, nothing really stood out to me there. I was mostly focused on getting the return sorted, and that part took longer than I would’ve liked. I had to email a couple of times before I got a clear answer, which was frustrating. The money did come back in the end, but it felt like more of a hassle than it needed to be

"Pretty good, just not exactly what I ordered"
My glasses showed up and the prescription seems right, which is the main thing, so that’s good. The only issue was that the frame color wasn’t quite the one I picked. Not a huge deal or anything, just a little annoying when you’re expecting it to match exactly. Shipping was fine too. Overall it was decent, I just wish that one detail had been right...

I was just trying to upload my prescription, and it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. Every time I chose the file, the page would freeze for a bit and then basically send me back like nothing happened.
I tried both a JPG and a PDF, thinking maybe something about it was the wrong format or size, but nope, same problem either way. There wasn’t any real error message either, so I was just sitting there guessing and wasting time.
After about half an hour, I gave up and ordered from somewhere else. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it was just frustrating.
"Warranty help was smooth, but instructions could be clearer"
I had an issue with my glasses after a few months, so I reached out about the warranty. The support team was helpful and got it sorted quickly without much hassle. I just wish the instructions for the process had been a little clearer upfront, but overall it was a good experience

"Packaging could use a little work"
When it arrived, the box was a bit bent, so that was the first thing I noticed. Everything else seemed okay, but based on that delivery experience, I do think the packaging could be better.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the glasses turned out to be nice. The frames feel sturdy, and the lenses are clear. So far, I haven’t had any issues with them.

I found a pair of frames I actually liked, which doesn’t happen that often, and then… of course, they weren’t available. Checked again and still out of stock. Kind of frustrating because I was ready to order, but yeah, no luck

My glasses showed up later than I thought they would, and the fit was just off, off enough that I noticed right away. I did reach out to customer service and they replied, but it wasn’t really helpful, not really. Overall, I’m disappointed and probably won’t order again.

I got my glasses and the lenses just don’t feel right. Everything is a little blurry around the edges, and I’ve cleaned them over and over thinking maybe it was just smudges, but nothing changes. For what I paid, I really expected better. I also reached out to support and felt like they were basically blaming me for the issue instead of trying to help, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

"Clear updates and super easy to deal with"
I ordered from marveloptics.com it was a easy experience. Their communication was clear the whole way through, and when I had questions, they got back to me without making anything feel complicated.
I really liked not having to chase anyone down or wonder what was happening with my order. The emails were simple, straightforward, and kept me in the loop. Smooth process overall, and I’d definitely order from them again

I tried on a few frames online, and honestly... they looked close enough to get a good idea!! Checkout was super easy, but the pics did load kinda slow?? Still, convenient overall!!!

"Good styles, but I got nervous after paying"
I liked the style selection on marveloptics.com. There were lots of frames to choose from and they didn’t all look the same, so it actually took me a while to decide, lol. I do wish some of the colors had more stock though. After I paid, I’ll admit I felt a little unsure and kept wondering if everything would go smoothly, but overall the selection was good.

"Took a bit longer than I expected"
I ordered glasses from Marvel Optics and they did show up, so that part was fine. I guess I was expecting the delivery to be a little smoother and quicker, but they arrived later than I thought they would. The tracking also didn’t update as often as I’d hoped, which made it a bit harder to know what was going on. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just not quite as reliable as I expected

"Prescription felt a little off"
The glasses showed up looking fine, and the shipping was normal, so I didn’t have any issues there.
I wore them for a few days to give them a fair chance, but the prescription just doesn’t feel quite right. One eye is still a bit blurry, and after wearing them for a while I start getting a headache. My old glasses are actually clearer, which is frustrating.
Anyway, customer service did get back to me, but it’s taking longer than I expected to get everything sorted out. It wasn’t a terrible experience, I’m just disappointed with the prescription accuracy.

Not gonna lie, the prices feel too high for what you actually get. I’ve found better value on other sites, so this one just doesn’t feel worth it to me.

"Helpful customer service, good overall"
I had a small issue with my order and ended up reaching out to customer service. They got back to me quickly (which I always appreciate) and were genuinely nice about helping me figure out what was going on. It did take a little back and forth to get everything sorted, but it all worked out in the end. Overall, it was a good experience, not totally perfect, but definitely handled well

"Easy order, just one little hiccup"
Ordering was easy overall. I found the frames I wanted, and the checkout was clear enough, like there weren’t any weird price surprises popping up at the end.
The only annoying part was I had to type in my prescription details again after the page refreshed. Not a huge deal, but yeah, a little frustrating. Other than that, the confirmation email came through fast and the whole thing felt smooth.
